At Noirence, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. To ensure convenience and flexibility, we offer the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (Available within Egypt only)
At checkout, simply select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment option. This method includes an additional service fee, which will be clearly displayed in your cart before completing your purchase.
Please note: Cash on Delivery is available for orders that do not exceed 10,000 EGP.
If your order total is more than 10,000 EGP, we recommend splitting your purchase into smaller separate orders.

Online Payment via Credit/Debit Card
Choose the “Credit Card” option at checkout and follow the steps provided.
This method is available for deliveries within Egypt (including ARAMEX-supported areas), as well as for selected international countries.
Make sure your mobile phone is on hand—your bank may send you a secure verification code to confirm the transaction.
Please note that your card will be charged once your order is placed.
Noirence Official does not save or store your card details. During checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page provided by your bank.
You might also be directed to a verification screen if using a Visa or MasterCard with 3D Secure enabled.
We are unable to process transactions with invalid, expired, or over-limit cards.
All displayed product prices include 14% VAT.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, head to Your Account and click on My Orders or Order History. Find your order and click the Cancel button.
If the cancel option isn’t visible, it means your cancellation window has passed and the order is already being processed for shipment.
To check if your order was successfully cancelled, visit the Cancelled Orders section under Your Account.
Once your order has left our facility, changes can no longer be made. In that case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the package.
