Domestic Delivery – Within Egypt
We currently deliver across all cities and governorates in Egypt.

Please note: It is not possible to open your package upon delivery or return it directly with the courier. If you face any issues, you can initiate a return through our return policy guidelines.

How It Works:

  • Select Your City: At checkout, choose your city from the dropdown menu. Delivery options and fees will automatically update based on your selection.
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 7 business days after your order has been confirmed.
  • Order Confirmation: We will not call to confirm your order unless there’s an issue that prevents us from processing it.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Prepaid Orders above 700 EGP: Free delivery across Egypt.
    • Prepaid Orders below 700 EGP: Flat shipping fee of 20 EGP.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee of 20 EGP applies to all orders regardless of value. This fee will appear on your invoice post-checkout.

International Delivery

  • Payment Method: All international orders must be prepaid online.
  • Shipping Fees: Charges are calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order. Estimated costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local customs authority, and Noirence has no control over them. We cannot cover or reimburse these charges.
  • Returns: We are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time.
