In the event that you receive a product with a visible defect, damage, an incorrect size or color, or with any missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours from the delivery time.
Noirence Official will offer a refund if the return reason complies with our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
For prepaid purchases, you have up to 45 days from the delivery date to request a return (valid on orders placed on or after March 1st, 2025), provided the items are in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
Any extras such as belts, authenticity cards, dust bags, or branded packaging must be included when returning items.
We will not accept any item that appears to be worn, used, stained, washed, or altered in any form.
Aside from faulty products, you can request an exchange within 30 days from receiving your order.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: swimwear, lingerie, innerwear, socks, earrings, cosmetics, skincare, hair products, sleepwear, undershirts, personal grooming items, evening wear, soiree dresses, or any custom/pre-ordered items.
Refunds will be processed after the returned items have passed inspection and approval, and may take up to 7 business days.
Please be aware that return shipping fees may vary by location. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs.
Pick-up for return requests will be attempted within 1–3 working days.
Note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Once a return is received and approved by our quality assurance team, the refund process begins.

Footwear
All components of the product must be returned, including the box and any dust bags. The shoebox is part of the item and must remain undamaged—please return it inside the original packaging. Returns without the original box cannot be accepted.
If trying on shoes, please do so on a clean carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles. Dirty soles will not be accepted.
Clothing
Please try on garments with care. All clothing must be returned in pristine, unworn condition.
For delicate materials, avoid wearing jewelry or accessories while trying on to prevent snags or damage.
Bags
Be cautious when handling light-colored bags, especially around darker clothing, as color transfer may occur. Please ensure all packaging and protective materials are returned with the product.
